Biography

William P. Rossini is an experienced attorney practicing in the area of general civil litigation, with an emphasis on business, commercial, and bankruptcy litigation. Bill is an AV-rated litigator who primarily practices in Dallas, Collin, and Tarrant Counties. He leads litigation teams with the goal of representing business and individual clients zealously, ethically, and in a cost-effective manner.

Bill has authored and presented a CLE article for the State Bar of Texas and CLE materials for the Dallas Bar Association. His practice focuses on the planning, discovery, trial, and appeal of complex, contested business and commercial litigation.

He graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University (SMU) with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, earning departmental distinction in Political Science. He earned his J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law.

Bill is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Texas Center for Legal Ethics, and the St. Thomas More Society.

In addition to his legal work, Bill has taken non-credit courses in creative writing at SMU and is currently working on his second novel manuscript. He also volunteers as a coach with First Tee, a nationwide organization that teaches youth life skills through the game of golf.
